Our Background Darren Kendrick is a native of Cleveland County growing up in the Patterson Spring area. Darren has an extensive military background with the Army Corp of Engineers. He has been married to Helen for 18 years. They have two little girls, Kensley age six and Katie age two. They are active members of their church as well as the community. As a family they understand the value of quality family time and there is know where their children would rather be than in the pool with their family and friends. Helen opened the Shelby Pools retail store in 2001 to give their pool customers the added comfort of know they find us and we will take care of them.
